How to Use

Place discs in a tray and add lukewarm water(200ml-4L depending on size of disc) and allow the Coir Discs to absorb and expand
Break down coir until damp soil like consistency, add more water if necessary
Add required nutrients/organic fertilisers and plant seeds/plants.
