Geocells can meet a range of ground engineering needs. Geocells are light in weight, wear-resistant, has stable performance, and are anti photooxidant and alkali resistance for many soil conditions – wet/dry.
Geocells are retractable and construct into a mesh, which can be filled with soil, coco peat, gravel or loose material such as concrete.
Salike geocells utilise a three dimensional honeycomb structure to provide stabilisation for a range of applications such as erosion control and soil stabilisation. Geocells are made with ultrasonically-wielded virgin high-density polyethylene (HDPE).
Applications:
- Load support
- Retaining wall
- Slope protection
- Channel protection
- Ground stabilisation
Salike geocells have a tensile strength reach of 33,000 kN/m2. Various strip height are available, from 25mm to 300mm.
Geocells are easy to transport, efficient in installation and long life span, which can save maintenance cost.
